Title: mk5 2.0 gt fsi poor mpg

hi my mrs recently bought this a few months ago and its shocking on fuel alot worse than my modded mk4 1.8t,it also idles really low i think around 500-700 rpm anybody know what it could be we recently had the coils changed under a recall so im abit stumped

.........they are thirsty just ease off with the right foot :grin:.My ED3O idles just under 1000 rpm when warm so might be worth taking your's in to have it checked?.
