Title: Power steering pump leaking? Or the rack?

Haldo,
Can someone attempt to diagnose this problem as either the pump or the rack leaking?
There is a dripping coming off of the pump near a milky yellow looking crescent on the pump, but I can't see any cracks or holes near it. Will this be as simple as getting some PAS leak stopping fluid, or does it look like the rack is leaking, possibly dripping into the pump?
