hey guys,
driving through works car park today i noticed that when i go over a speed bump, i get a sharp noise...almost like a coin dropping...for lack of a better sound discription :lipsrsealed:
anyone else have this or am i in for new suspension kit?
-
could just be your shocks bottoming out i get this everyday
-
good news then though i did ring the garage who has been servicing the car for the last 11yrs and they have no records of its shocks or springs being changed so i recon this is a good enough reason to get them swapped for coilovers?
-
you could have a broken coil spring, might be worth getting it looked at
-
as topher said take the wheel off and have a look just to be sure
-
ok, as i'm driving around the UK end of Sept to Oct i recon it'll be due a change then
would these be any good?

they will be fine as long as you dont slam it with a car full of ppl and if you order them from dpm performance through uk-mkivs they are £150 delivered for exactly the same coils
