has any one use these bushes and are they any good thanks

I wouldnt bother with those, I had similar on my mk3. The rear lower arm ones move to much to offer any roll support. I would recommend the powerflex ones as they are fixed in the arm properly as per standard bushes.

dont suppose you got a link to were you can buy a full set of powerflex bushes to fully pollybush my car. heard them mentioned a few times.
