Title: Which desktop out of these two?

My brother is wanting a new PC and is torn between 2 choices.

Now he only needs it for watching IPlayer on, storing photos/videos , some gaming too , not high end gaming though.

These are the two he is looking at, which of the two is better?

I know he can get better doing his own build ect, but he always gets one of the shelf.

touch screen all in one is where its at i have a 27" touch screen monitor and paid around the same as that

Much better spec for less price than the packard bell only diff is 500gb drive but for £15 quid u can add a 1tb if he needs more space
