Hi,
I am looking into uprated shock absorbers from the likes of GSF, Euro Car Parts or AVS but their websites are a little limited. Can anyone tell me if these suppliers sell something like the boge turbo units or an equivalent i can use with lowering springs (30mm). I know GSF used to as i purchased some for my golf gl but this was 7 years ago and i got a pretty vague response from a recent email to them.

I guess no one knows but i might as well update this for future owner info.
I did find out today from GSF that theirs are only boge automatic option not the turbo model and they have two different prices on ebay but both exactly the same.
A helpful guy from AVS car parts (vwspares.co.uk) did get back to me at 10 or 11pm yesterday evening!!! and the sachs advantage dampers on the site are apparently exactly the same as the boge turbo units(both made by ZF) and if i wanted the boge turbo units they can get hold of these instead for the same price. They arent shortened and they werent recommended for non standard springs but having had them before and recommended by lots of vw owners i am happy they will be fine.
