just bought a 91 8v gti oak green golf. sorted out the usual problems! just getting round to sorting the front fog lights not working. every time i put a fuse in the location, it blows. all the wiring under the bonnet looks okay. there is a like resistor/transistor thing as part of the wiring, this is bolted to the o/s inner wing. do these usually fail? if not, can anybody suggest where i could start to look for 'clues'? ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Regards
