Title: rumbling/grinding noise

when i turn sharp left theres a rumbling or grinding noise from the drivers side front wheel area, if you drive slowly its hardly there at all, the harder you corner the worse it gets and the more left hand lock the worse it is, any ideas anyone? thanks.

Wheel bearing or cv joint.
