Sad times really puts things into perspective.
This happened to a MK6 near me few weeks back and i was on the road 30mins before :shocked: :cry:

I'm intrigued by the comment that deduces from that horrific scene that it has 'twin tailpipes so must be a gti' and 'looks like its running on cheap chinese tyres'.....My heart goes out to all those involved and i don't think many cars would have saved you in a collision of that magnitude.

I read about that mk6 crash and its so horrible, it does make me angry that if it was the case that other driver was trying to top himself why he decided to take out some innocent family along with him!
as for the mk2 accident from what ive read doesnt give any indication what caused it other than the fact he went head on :undecided:
