Title: fault code 00515 help strange one

done a scan on my car today got fault code 00515 .
went over to a mates couple of mile away done a scan again no codes ???
just been out to it again after coming back  same code back??
any help would be great

if i need the sensor is it easy to fix and how much..
also what does the sensor do

Get the cam shaft sensor off ebay.Easy to replace.Mine went a year ago.
