Guys i have a royal blue mk3 and i want to put on some gti arches back on to hide some rust!
I have some rust coming up on the drivers side rear arch where the arches have been rolled and split the paint :(
I have some schmidt ml 3pc rims, so was going to spray the arches and plastics the same colour as the schmidt faces :)
What colour would look good?

Imo painted arches look crap, so I'd say don't paint them!
I'd also be sorting the rust out before putting anything on the arches, it'll only get worse!
-
I am going to treat the rust
I just cant afford to respary the car so rub back grind the rust off and treat with POR15
Then stick the arches over :)
I want to smooth the front bumpers number plate out but want to keep the swage line and the plastic to run round

I was thinking anthracite finish faces and plastics :nerd:
-
Painted arches look cack tbh, they need to be black or in the bin.
-
How do people do the number plate delete and still keep the textured plastic around the swage line?
-
Anyone else with colored plastics?

If you were to paint them then go for something crazy like lime green or orange but tbh they look much better left alone!
