hi there is the vr6 AUTOMATIC maf the same as the vr6 manual maf thanks

found one in a scrappy for £5 so just  bought it

Actually doesnt matter is it 3inch?
If it is then you got the right one.

You need to remove the sensor with a security torx bit and replace it with a 1.8t one from your existing maf.

make sure its odb2 as well.

3inch and it is odb2 so looks like a good buy as they are about £50 on eBay wont be able to fit it till i  get the car remapped i go to a lot of scrap yard so if a see any more will stick them on here for what i get them for
