Anyone got a decent method of getting the old ones out and the new ones in? Or a cheeky guide  Havnt got access to a vice or a press?

hacksaw and chisel to get the old ones out, then i used a vice to put the new ones in.

Righto! i'll give it a good guy this weekend, are the wishbones themselves hard to get off? Putting my lowering springs on this weekend too, should i do it all in one hit? :)

wishbones are easy x2 bolts in the subframe and ball joint, id try do it all in 1 sitting but dont rush it take your time.

If you dont have a vice to push them in.
Use a big hammer and some grease and WD40 and they will go in no bother :smug:

I'll give that a go, time for my mate 'persuader'
