Title: MAF with new R32 Airbox
Post by: andrew.0 on 25 July 2012, 16:56
Hello, last post about this, i promise.

I've just got my forge 007p and new airbox, for a remap coming up!

I ordered my Snorkel R32 Dsg airbox, and got an email straight away saying 'am i considering either keeping the original lid for the air box', or "am i considering replacing the MAF (which may lead to needing the ECU changing)."

Can anyone give me their expertise on this one?? I have the money to replace the MAF, but ultimately i want better performance and get the best out when i get it remapped.

Thanks you all!

Do you have any other mods? If not stick with your standard MAF.

Noope , standard 20v turbo, just trying to prep for a remap, so have a forge 007p on the way, and then will be getting a custom exhaust on the next pay cheque :)
