I'm being a bit of a tard !
Re replacing the temp sensor how does the plug come off ?
I can't see any of the normal clips etc and don't want to give it some welly just to pull it off just in case I break it. Am I missing something as its pretty dark in my garage and my light has blown ugh.

Is it one of those gay clips that you have to push in slightly before pulling off? :undecided:

Push the plug in a little to break the seal then use your finger nail (or small hex key) to lift the tap and pull the plug off

Thanks for the advice but I'm not with you on the lift the tap bit.
From what I could see there is nothing to push in etc on the plug like you would normally expect.

i think rich had his favourites deleted and he's having a melt down

as above, it's the same as most of the clips in the engine bay, they need a squeeze right at the top which lifts a hook allowing you to pull the plug off

No its not got anything like that. I had a quick look this morning i think maybe the plug is broken ( the bit you squeeeeeeze in missing )
Any idea how i can remove without ?

Ah that makes it a bit harder...
You can pop the sensor out still attached though, that should give you a bit more of an idea what you're up against
