Bosch OE spec, with a spoiler on the drivers side.

Flippy floppy aeros are just plain wrong on a 20 year old car.

When I bought the car it came with Bosch wipers but since I did not know how long they had been on the car I swapped them for Halford ones - Yeah I know! - anyway those soon started to judder so switched back to Bosch and been good ever since. So Bosch get my vote.

Bosch of ebay for £8 delivered last time i got a set. Plus spoilers clip on and off so just put old spoiler on new bosch blades rather than paying the extra

Strange you didn't like the aero ones, I bought a set off ebay for about £12 three years ago and have been swapping them between my vehicles (as I buy different ones) and never had a problem. Clear the screen soooo much better than the old style ones.

Yeah, but they look pony on a mk2!! Bosch all the way, outlast any cheapo ones.. Do need a blade for the drivers arm, as above 60/70 it lifts off a bit and smears more than it wipes..

I have aeros on my Mk6 Golf and Passat as they came as standard. They are brilliant compared to standard wipers, but just look so wrong on an old car.

It's all down to personal preference, but many of us on here like our cars to look just as they did when they left the factory. Our cars don't see rain either, so I guess the performance of the wipers is not all that important.
