A friend of my mum's son was one of the runners, and he happened to walk past our house in the evening and we got pictures with the torch. I know its nothing exciting, but its a once in a lifetime opportunity. Torches are sold for thousands on ebay, but the runners can buy the torches they ran for £199. Otherwise they have to give it back.

Just seen one on Ebay at the moment going for £3,800 with 5 hours left.

So if I had the chance, I would buy it for £200 and make over £3,500 profit! Madness!
