dont really understand offsets but seen a set of wheels for my mk2 golf the are off a bmw e30. would they fit ?they are 4x100 but the seller doesnt know the offset. does it make any difference?? :undecided:

BMW tend to run low offsets, they should be ok but you will / may need to change the tyres.

They'll fit, I use to run em. Just need to put the correct size tyres on em buddy

as above they will most likely be et25 and will come with 205/50 or 55 tyres. stick on something like a 195/50/15 or if you like a bit more sidewall 185/55/15 and you are away.
they will sit 10mm closer to the arch than a golf wheel of the same width (golf offset is et25) but they will definately fit. both liam and myself have run these wheels in the past.
hope they are coming with the centre caps as they fetch about 20 quid a piece on their own but there are some plastic 5 series ones that will fit with a bit of modification
