The last few days the TMC doesn't seem to be working on my RNS510. I push the Traffic Message button, it does a quick search and comes up with no results. The TMC channel is set to automatic.
I tried resetting factory settings. Its always worked perfectly in the past. Any ideas?

Guess I will have to drop it into the dealers. The car was only in the garage last friday for its second service. Funnily enough the TMC hasn't worked since the service.

In the set up IIRC there is a setting that links the traffic updates to a particular station - I think mine is Capital FM for some reason - just check that this is enabled - I can't think why it's been taken off but worth a few minutes to save the hassle of a dealer visit.

I checked these settings yesterday and mine was also set to Capital FM. In order to try and get the TMC working changed to the optional setting for ALL TMC's which made no difference. Now it's stuck on ALL and doesn't give me the option of changing it to a particuar station. Strange

I assume you will have checked, but can you listen to FM radio stations ok? Obviously if that's not working e.g. antenna broken, then TMC won't work

Will double check this tonight but I'm pretty sure they are all working.
