Hi guys, I might be breaking a TT soon. How much could I expect to break an Audi TT 225 BAM for. Engine has 80k on. Alloys and most bodywork is good. If people could list how much I could realistically achieve from breaking the engine/turbo and other individual parts, and the car as a whole that would be helpful. Or, if I fixed it up, how much would a 51 plate white TT soft top achieve with previous cat C damage?
Cheers!

Engine- 1k from both!
S3 interior -500
All other bits n bobs about £1500

Ace :) better to break it or fix up and sell on as cat c? So you're talk about £3k breaking it all in all?
What you mean by engine £1k from both? U mean turbo+engine and ancillaries?
Had a 1.8T before myself, sold KO4 and custom downpipe along with a few other things for £700, but wasn't sure whether prices had come down for 2nd hand stuff since then!

If not more.
Cat c - old car- worth more in bits!
Try sell the engine as one, with everything - for a conversion etc!
Subframe- quick rack etc is anothet few ££ and the 312mm carriers

Thanks mate, I'll advertise in for sale section as and when :)

As said above there is some sought after parts from the TT for the golfs.. Engine.. wishbones.. quick rack.. fuel filler cap is a class mod.. you can sell all sorts of bits and bobs.. 3k is realistic..

you will get more than 1k for full conversion if its complete, especially on Egay, Bare engines alone for the AMK / BAM go for upto £900

Cheers guys. After seeing the damage on pictures, only panels that need replacing aren/s wing, front bumper and bonnet. Need a new headlight too. Will probably need a new slam panel too. Other than that I know there is wishbone damage, but not sure what other extent underneath, probably arbs/droplinks too. Depending on how much that could potentially cost (parts and panting, will fit myself) I may be inclined to put it back on the road. Although I am half tempted to take the engine and some form of 4WD system and drop it in my Saxo VTS track car and break the rest of the TT... Haha mmmmm decisions!
