Sounds like super quite serious codes :lipsrsealed:
What would cause this to suddenly all happen? Was running spot on before this :(.
Well check fuses in a bit and upload a video

I've seen two of them codes when my TB failed, not unusual for a vw. Polo's love to go through TB's. On my one the potentiometer broke, it can become un-aligned but you can slide it back on its pivot point. On my one it was snapper and all off a sudden the power would drop, then come back on, then judder as the ECU cannot tell wat angle the TB is at.
