Does anyone know if you can use a BAM ECU on a AUM engine loom? The pinouts look very similar with only a few minor things different pins from what ive seen on diagrams.
However, ive heard you can also make the AUM ECU wideband and potentially wire in a Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor to it. Has anyone done this?
Also, do you need to have Traction control systems installed to be able to use the stock ECU launch control? It doesnt look like it but want to make sure, hope I can run the AUM ecu without Traction control without it playing havoc.

AUM is wideband same as BAM but does not have EGT. You can either get EGT mapped out or you can retrofit the wire needed for EGT into the plug of the ECU, or just get a BAM loom. Possibly easier and cheaper to do that. assuming you want EGT.
Stock Launch control? there is no such thing as stock launch but you can add a launch control by adjusting the rev limits and other maps, so you can launch control but it has nothing to do with the traction control.

Same thing really.
Labelled up all my loom, cant find the 2nd knock sensor though. I only have oil pressure, crank sensor, knock sensor 1, N249valve coming from that area. - confused.
