woulda six speed box from a leon fit my 1.8t in a mk2??

The flanges are different, the shift mechanism is different so you would need to adapt and fit the shifter from the leon and the engine mounting is on the end of the box rather than off the side of the diff housing. Its do able but not just direct swap.

Way to much work for 1 extra gear plus the 5 speed is better.

proper heavy box that 6 speeder

go with a 5 speed, fit a LSD and a VR6 final drive... trust me this is best route  :wink:

whats the point in having all the power if you can't put it down tho :smiley:

do what i did and save like a mo fo, i don't drink or smoke.. it helps  :grin:
