hay all just lowered car an now exhaust is hitting some where under car what do i need to sort this? any help

most likely the rear beam.....you just need to twist it usually (undo the middle box to tailpipe section and twist it so it clears the beam)

Check the rubbers and/or mounts holding up the mid box.
These are known to sag and break in time

I had the same problem after lowering the U-clamp on the back box was catchin the subframe had to pull the clamp forwards a touch

Mine went 3 times before I changed them to Powerflex mounts.
