The insurance companies will have thier approved repairer that they will try and force upon you. But its your ultimate decision where your car is repaired.

You could try a paintless dent removal company but as thats gone through the swage line it prob wont be 100%

This,
Up to you where you take it, though you may lose out on a courtesy car
A good dent man would be able to get that out without painting for around £60ish

thats what i was thinking i would just get it done out of your own pocket for what it is and leave insurance out of it as the excess is gonna cost more than the job is

Its being paid for by a third party iirc. Get it done at the best body shop you can find.... JCT600???

You do not have to go through insurance. Just phone your insurance company and let them know whats happened, that way they can chase all the paperwork for you.

That man say good advice^^^^^

I contacted dent master, and they said he wouldn't be able to get it perfect showed him a photo due the dent being on the crease. The paint isn't broken so what to do now? The guy also said it may need a new door?

I agree this should be a standard paintless dent removal job. As it is a fairly small cosmetic job it will probably be smaller than yur deductible and therefore come out of your pocket.
