Hi. As above. What is the score with HIDS? Are they legal or illegal?

legal...aslong as you have all the legal requirements to fit them. as said use the search function been coverd hundreds of times

If they're legal, which I know they are, it should be legal for me to drive with my full beam headlights on, as they have the same affect with on coming drivers.
