:smiley: Hello there, I'm new to the site. I've been a mark 2 owner fr the last 2 years and am currently after another one as my boyfriend has stolen mine and fobbed me off with his rather dull audi estate! Well unfair. If you know of one for sale I've put a post in the cars wanted bit. Cheers.x

Welcome to the forum. :smiley: Just keep your eyes peeled for cars in the for sale section and I'm sure you will get replies to your cars wanted thread. Your other thread said you are in Wales and there are a load on here from there, so have a look in the Shows and Events section as there is a child board for the Welsh contingent. :smiley:

What spec mk2 are you looking for? 8v, 16v - 3 door, 5 door? As Gibby as said - keep an eye out on the Car sale section, plus Autotrader every Thursday - online or mag. Keep an eye on ebay too - some great bargains can be had on ebay - specially mk2's. Plus buy "The Golf+ or VW performance mag's - they have VW cars for sale in the back of the mag's.

Mk3's are the future tho, mk3's will soon be new split screen van's of the vw world

Someone told me to watch out for you! mr mark 3 converter! mark 3's have got a long long time before they replace the split screen. besides, mark 2's are already becomming a retro classic, mark 3's just don't cut it!x
