Title: Hi All, help please

Hi Guys,

I've just joined up as a member on here today.

My everyday road car is a Clio Sport 197 however I will be racing in the VAG Trophy as well as the VW MK4 Golf GTI/TDI Challenge championships next year.

I am looking at purchasing a 1.8T 150BHP mk4 Golf GTI 2001 OR 2002 as I want the AUM engine with the KO3S turbo fitted as standard, 3 door, doesn't matter what colour as it's going to be wrapped and it must be standard and not remapped. I will be fitting championship control parts onto it, remapping it and turning it into race spec.

I have been keeping an eye out on Ebay Motors, Pistonheads, and Autotrader, I don't know if any of you know anyone who is selling the above spec golf? I have got a budget of £1500 to purchase the car. Milieage isn't a big issue.
