Basically want my ECU de-immobilised and a 'generic' stage 2 map put on..
Engine: AGU
Turbo: KO3s
Injectors: Standard
MAF: Standard
Intercooler: Front mounted
Already has a stage 1 map on, by R-Tech.
PM'ed R-Tech, no reply, I understand your busy.
Messaged Carbon, and completely wasn't interested
Recommendations?

Not everyone wants to map the 1.8T
Every 1.8T enquiry I get I pass on because I know what troubles they have due to the age / mileage. Diagnosing them with a workshop is hard enough so doing it on the side of the road is a ballache! That and in the time you can spend on a 1.8T you could potentially map 2/3 cars
Have you asked irmscher @ Premier Tuning? Forum trader on here; or pick up the phone and speak to Nick @ R-Tech

How come you are after an immob defeat? Surely they are a good thing :undecided:

Garath who de-imbolizes them can also map them aswell. Numbers in my dubrides thread

We can do IMMO off no problem you just need to call or email the workshop, We have been without office staff for a few days as Ben got married at the weekend and has had a lot of time of the get things, so there is going to be a huge back log of 100+ emails and Pms again..lol so best bet is call after 10am in the mornings

Going in mk2, saves me having to strip the clocks down and keep them in the car along with the transponder and key.

True, but as a forum sponsor, I was hoping for a little more if I'm honest..
Sure between Mike671 (VW main dealer mechanic), Wazzzer (vagcom nutter), DH and I, we can pretty much sort any issue out that arises.

Indeed, rang R-tech today but Nick wasn't there although did leave a message..
Hoping they can do it really as I've got their stage 1 on there and was really happy with it, and should hopefully get the discount for going stage 2 on it..
If not, your mate will be getting a ring

Dont ask for me I never answer the phone now or take calls, if I did i would be on the phone all day talking cars and tuning and not tuning on the dyno. Ben deals with all the calls now and he can get the ecu sorted out. Its for immo off and full vin eeprom decode its £80 plus return p&p

There is a map needing to be put on it aswell, also charcoal cannister remove etc..
I have your stage 1 map on there already, does this mean I would get the discount when going up to stage2/custom like you do when you bring your car in?
He took my number, said I needed to speak to you directy, but alas, no reply.

We can do the immo fine, but not stage 2 mapping as all of our stage 2 maps and above are custom setup to each car. We would need to have the car here to do the stage 2 mapping. How come you need the immo off?

It's going into a mk2 Nick, and don't want to keep the clocks, transponder and key.
Would you not be able to load something like Wazzzer's 220 map on to my ECU? I understand that you prefer to have the car up with your to test and make sure everything is safe but this is something that between myself, Wazzzer, DH & Mike671 (VW master mechanic) if there was any issues, we will be able to find and sort them.
All i'm after is a generic ko3s AGU map, to get me going.

Enough with the this map and that map - just get the f*cker de-immobilised and get it mapped when it's in the car and people can assess how it's behaving.
