Never changed them myself but if your handy with the spammers I would've thought you could do it? But if your not at all mechanically minded book it into a good local garage and they should be able to order the parts for you?
Or you could get the parts from the local vw parts counter or euro car parts as us forum members get 25% discount
-
Really  did not no this sweet I'll defo putting that to use lol saying that I already get discount at Vw and parts places use the rac trade account at euro and I refurb wheels at Vw lol but still worth knowing

Buy a new one. That way it is a bolt on bolt off jobby if you are not a flid with a spanner and you have access to a few tools.

Cheers I'll look into that just worried it won't be the right one because I have the agu and I've been told these two different ones ???
-
phone them and tell them you need the early version. Dave did this after receiving the wrong one for his AGU and they sent out a replacement straight away with no questions

Sound I'll do that thanks again peeps

 Have read that some people have had this happen with J&R. Mines been on for 9 months now and around 20k with no problems.

my jandr driveshaft lasted 4 months before my car started shaking/vibrating extremely. bought new one few days ago, hoping they'd replace it under warranty...
new one still vibrates a little. but nowhere as bad. apparently on AGUs, if it's lowered, they wont last (mine isn't even lowered much imo). anyone else using these shafts on their AGU?
quite honestly, i'd rather have a refund and buy a genuine one. any advice?

I spoke to a lad Called lee he said cuz its lowered and there's not a lot of play in new shafts this happen
That's what jr said to me this morning there sending out a new shaft
