Hello :)
My inspection hole on my clutch is missing its cover! Hopefully not too much rubbish has been pulled inside.
Anyone know the part number? TPS want £16!
-
do you mean the little rubber bung on top of the 6 speed box ?
-
yes.
I wouldn't bother if its £16. doesn't do sod all and its not the clutch its the flywheel
-
there was a lad on here a month or so ago asking the same question i'm sure he said he got one for only a few quid. he posted a pic asking what was missing, and somebody came on with a part no. try the search its on here somwhere

That is what I thought! I'm sure unless you stuck a screwdriver in there you'll be alright
-
Oh so its not the case that water and dirt getting in there is going to exactly affect it? Whats the flywheel do?

I don't meant to sound like a tool here, but if you do not understand how a clutch/flywheel all work check out wiki/youtube. Some real good videos
That is how I learnt

I usually do, just felt lazy didn't I :smug:
Cheers guys, I'll leave it till I next visit a scrappy
