Hey guy does anyone have any info on welding up the rust hole I have at the bottom of the A pillar just anjove the top hinge iv heard theres like 5 layers and is a challenge to the best of welders, even so cant really have my car off the road as I need it to get to work and back any info most appreciated

Well better get it done sharpish then my hole is bigger than that (no pun intended) theres nothin a few patches of weld and some filler cant solve :laugh:

Nice bit of "letting in" :cool:
On the pillar of the car in my pic, I was able to run the weld down the right hand side of the pipe exit recess, that was easily shaped with a belt sander, and a minimum amount of filler... Intricate work, but satisfying when you get it right! :nerd:
