hi ppl, car is running a bit rough and been told that a better set of ht leads will help. a few months ago i fitted the new ones from euro car parts. what do you reccommend. car is a 2.slow, v reg, 106k if it helps

I recommend you do a TB clean and scan it for fault codes, could be a faulty sensor.

sorry to sound dumb rich but whats aa tb clean? im not mechanically minded

Throttle body clean. Have you got a code reader?

Is the 2.0 not individual coils then?

not yet but gonna get one on fleabay tonight. when it got scanned by rac when it had a dirty spark plug and damaged ht lead, it wasnt showing any fault codes even though it sounded like it was gonna blow up. at the moment it can run fine for 10 mins, sweet as then its all spluttering in idle in traffic, then its ok when its in idle in the works car park, very strange car, def a woman as i dont understand how she works!!!
