Its not so much fitting the new ones.... its removing the old ones thatll make you cry :cry:

Ohhh yes, hardest part of the job.
Best drill out the rubber and remove everything first, then youl need either a bloody good chisel I used a elect heavy duty one and smashed it out in the end,
Or use a hacksaw and inverting the blade to cut a slice of the cage then crush it inwards to make it easier to remove from the axle.
The polybush above after we cleaned the axle went it quite easy without any speacial tools just a rubber mallet :wink:

super pro bushes come in 2 bits so would probably be easy to fit

The skill is doing it on the drive, with the car on axle stands, without taking the beam off,On your own, with hand tools. Lol :grin:

Theyll need pressing in. (Big sockets and threaded bar :grin:).

Boys I can confirm the PSI tuning bushes are awsome I had fitted these for a mate a few months ago.
No need for press's etc just a nice rubber mallet thats it!!!
1st hand experience on this and no my mate done it and he told me nonsence :grin:
