Is there supposed to be a spacer under the oil filler lid to bring it up level with the engine cover?
So the question has been answerd and on my AGN there is meant to be like a spacer of some sort, does anyone know where to get a replacement one from? :undecided:
-
no spacer, if i read it right, just indented to rocker cover for the oil cap to sit in.
-
Well my oil filler lid sits alot lower than me engine cover so am i missing something?
And yeah i've checked the engine cover is sitting on there correctly and fully secured :)

never knew it was a spacer but i do recall looking down mine and noticing the exact same shape about an inch below as he describes.

-
Only on the 1.8 n/a

You get them on the PD's, but if you remove it the cap sits 90 degrees out of alignment IIRC
