Title: Will 245/40-18 wheels with 5x100-5x112 adapters fit my mk4 gti?

I have a set of RS6 wheels the tyre size is 245/40-18 and ET43. Will these fit my car or would i need the arches rolled i no i need 5x100-5x112 adapters but will they make the wheels stick out?
