Where sells them i cant find any i want the one that comes up and curles back down... if that makes sense.
Also roughly stage 1 remap running 1.3 bar of boost, how much should it drop if any and is everyone else getting that boost through all gears or lower in 1st and 2nd?
thanks scotty

k03 turbo still?
I know relentless do a one for the k04, but never seen a k03 manifold before. Not worth it really for a k03/s
-
If you have a k03/s then you only need a ported stock manifold . They flow enough for well over 300bhp . Unlike the stock k04 manifold which is shxt compared with the tubular xs power one
-
I have a Ko4-001. Relentless??? any links?
-
Would this one be the same as the relentless one???

Won't fit as its for longitudinal engines as in the a4.
Honestly your are fine with a ported stock manifold, really is no need for a tubular manifold for a k04-001 it will flow far more than the turbo can produce
-
i would be near 1.4-1.5 bar of boost, perhaps more surely thats worth getting the manifold?
-
K04-001 uses the k03 setup flanges.
My k03s pushed 250bhp on a stock manifold with no work.
-
I would like more than 250 though.. Ha
-
NIcks k04-001 was getting 300bhp with the balls absolutely pushed off it and water meth. Id say between 250 and 270bhp for a very good running k04-00a setup with all the bolt ons.
-
What would all the bolt-ons be? I think i probably got most of them? Not meth tho ha!
-
As said, a k04 relentless manifold will be no good for you, think badger5 will port your exhaust manifold for £80ish.
Will be plenty enough

Just get one ported , but mark sure it's un cracked before you send it away ,
All the performance ones for the ko3 crack , and can be a b!tch to fit and remove . I ve had two , ended up with standard ported.
-
got my ko3 manifold ported and made no difference what so ever.

My 248bhp k03s was on stock manifold.

Whats your spec ?
agu ko3s 234bhp 266lbft with oem actuator
sorry just looked at my previous dyno printout with the un-ported manifold and there was a gain of 1bhp and 3lbft but this was on a freezing cold day.

So my cars in just now getting hopefully fmic and maybe few other wee things done.. Should i be lookin at near 250? Or more?

At the figures your running , porting won't make much difference, will help with back pressure and keeping EGTs lower but it's not until you fit a hybrid or the like that porting comes into its own. The stock k03 manifold is pretty good unlike as I said the k04.
-
its ok because just ordered a special hybrid off bill @ badger5 good for 325bhp
