sod that people moved 1 mile in 12hrs and had to sleep in the cars, with some ferry company's cancelling trips :shocked:

Drove past the site on the way home yesterday and it looks like absolute carnage. One of the main camping sites is just a bog. Cars everywhere on the sides of the road, even at the entrance to the crematorium

It doesn't bring in extra income for the island any more, just creates problems for those who just want to go about their normal business. The towns are absolutely dead
