Morning all - I have the larger spline on my 1991 Golf and was wondering if there were any VW wheels that are a bit smaller than the standard GTi one - Now I've fixed my seat my fat legs are a bit too close to the wheel, even with seat adjustment!
Cheers

Not too keen on that one! Do you know anywhere that will recloth a old steering wheel?
-
Any decent upholsterer should do it. Or the usual places - Trim Deluxe, MJ Interiors.

Thanks DragonFly! I actually quite like that! Is it much smaller do you know?
-
arent Polo G40 wheels smaller and still big spline??
Go for a MOMO....
One of the few non OEM parts I have fitted & actually Like!!

dragonfly's one is the smallest OEM one. The leather ones feel bigger but a very comfortable wheel.
Would love a 300mm Momo but would have to get Trimdelux to make me some sort of OEM looking centre pad.
Thom Foose has a nice wheel and I have seen those in a few audi quattro's.

I would say when it's on it's in line with the ends of the stalks. It's a nice wheel and different from the normal 300/320mm Momos.

Found the same in mine, was doing my head in. Went for a momo 78.

Found and bought a black centre horn push for it too. Always on the lookout for a VWMS one though :(
