Hi,
Just been told that my exhaust manifold may have a crack in it, hard to determine as there is so much stuff in the way, is this a common fault. What would be everyone's recommendation? Go with a standard manifold or is there something else that will mate upto the standard system that won't cost the earth? The car has the AUM engine.
Thanks for any comments.

Someone that knows what they are doing may even be able to weld your one up.

Hi,
I was advised not to weld it up as it may crack again, it someone has to go to the trouble of removing it then I would prefer a new one. I have just looked on fleabay, there is one made from tubes rather than cast, it might be worth a look at.
I should have put a link in.
Thanks.

I would stick with the standard manifold.
