Anybody know where i can get a mk2 16v gti at a sensible price so i can fiddle with it for track days.

try eBay.co.uk I have seen a few on there that sound good mechanically but the body work looked tatty.

Theres's quite a tidy looking one on the forementioned Ebay without MoT in white with a query missfire,but at the moments it's up for next to nothing (well less than a ?100).Good Luck in your hunt. :)
