Title: Turbo Collectors

Hi

I need to find somewhere that makes a 4-1 turbo merge collector with a T3 flange and also has a flange for an external wastegate.  Im looking for one so I can start building my manifold on my 1.8T

Has anyone got any ideas where they can be got from?  Id make one, but i havent got a saw for cutting angles :(

you can plasma the pipes if you need to.  or work out the cuts and draw them on the pipe and cut with 1mm disk on  grinder,  tedious but has been resorted to before

Might just get a cheap manifold off ebay with a nice collector and modify it to fit.  As long as collector is there with external flange its good.

Civic D16 ones look nice.

Lop it off with grinder after collector :)

offer up a vag flang and squew the runners to fit ? 

or are you thinking of doing a proper serious manifold ?

Propper manifold.  Want turbo sat above the box...keep heat out the head.

will have a rummage in the workshop skip i you like,    f**ked up on a  couple of 20vt manifolds   a while back  you chould have for bits if i can dig them out.    iirc they are  316
