Title: Poss fault found on rolling road run.
Post by: shaft69 on 15 June 2012, 12:21
Took car to check hp after fitting few things fitted forge actuator to ko3s, forge dv and velocity stack intake. While on roller notice from print out boost dropping off poss to quick. There are no faults in ECU have n75f valve fitted. Any ideas??? Running APR stage2 map.

Actuator set up I reckon, How many turns did you turn it to preload?
Also what colour spring have you used?

3 full turn back and both dv and actuator have yellow spring. Car made 220bhp and 257ftlb tq so power itself is about right just dont understand why drops off like that.

At work been onto APR said poss down to actuator as way there map are done around stock waste gate spring pressure apparently. Just checking my hp dyno printout hp down by 6hp after actuator fitted.
