Title: what tyres for my alloys?

sorry to be a pain again. I have searched and still confused, i'm picking up some ats cups tomorrow 15x7j the offset is either 20 or 28 i'm just wondering with either of these offset will the alloys fit on the car fine or will i need arch work? and what size tyres would be best for a nice stance!

take it yours is a NON GTi 4 stud.

I have 195/45-15s on my 15x7j cups on my G2

as seen

most people run 195/50-15s and they are a bit cheaper / common.

Looks nice man, yeah i was wondering would 195/50 work ok with out arch work. i'm worried they wont fit LOL.

was thinking stretch tyres but i'v heard most garages wont do that for you.

they will fit fine. see my black golf in my sig pic. them wheels are 15" ET20 and they sit very nice in the arches.

Thanks man, thats the look i'm going for. should i go part used tyres save some cash, or new and have no monies left lol.

195/50/15's will be fine

ok got some rubber tyres today for my new to me alloys. but when braking it seems to make a noise almost like rubbing humming sound at the same speed of the car. i'm thinking maybe they have put weights on the inside on the alloys hitting the brake when stopping? there 7j15 et28 195/50 just about clear on the back arches lots room at the front (needs more lows at the front)

any ideas what the noise could be?
