Title: Slow start

When i start my golf and drive it, for the first few minutes it has really low power. When i change gear it sometimes even shakes when trying to gain power.

Help me if you can :)

what golf you got? year, engine code (3 letters on cambelt cover)?

Mk3 golf 1993 CL not sure on the engine number i'll have a look in the morning
