Title: Powder coating, Por15, ceramic coating, polishing etc.

Anyone know about ceramic coating like the manifold does the coat keep heat in?
I'm just thinking about uppin the bay with some smooth long lasting touches?
Costs?
Time?
Longivity?

I'm not sure POR15 will last long on a manifold to be honest. It's good stuff but very expensive and the prep work HAS to be perfect otherwise it'll all flake off. This means buying all of the other associated 'marine clean' degreaser etc which equals ££££.

unless you work out what they actualy are and buy the industrial versions
