Hello,
i have a mk4 golf
Have ordered couple sticker books and wanted to stickerbomb a couple panels on my car.
Need tips on doing a decent sticker bomb.
I want to remove the VW badges on the front and rear, can do the front no problem its the rear i need a hand with, heard hair dryer is the best shout?
I want to remove the Black plastic strips on the back bumper and on the doors to sticker bomb
help please

I'd help you by putting the sticker books in the bin and telling you that stickerbombing looks sh!t :lipsrsealed:

rub strips leave holes so unless your planning on putting them back in afterwards its going to need plastic welding and smoothing.
rear badge hair dryer/heatgun and cheesewire/floss/credit card.
also theres a mk4 driving around my end with a few panne ls bombed. looks gash. but each to there own. have fun. remember to laquer over.

A perfectly nice car can be ruined by stickers.....

Play nice now Dom, each to their own.
The rear badge will just pull off given enough force if you can get your fingers behind it. Be prepared to use lots of meth spitits to get rid of all the glue left behind, it may not sitck properly if you don't get it all off. The rub strips on the door just pull off apparently, may take some doing. But make sure you have some industrial strength sticky foam pads/something that body shops use to stick it all back on.

I like that pic also
As I said you will need some proper good glue/sticky foam etc etc to stick it back on. Have you looked at doing where it is now?

I say its your car and you do what you want to do. Mk4's do tend to all look one of four ways; bolf'd, r32'd, anni'd or smoothed so something different might be good, get a pic up when your done
