Title: Mk2 GTi-16v insurance?

Hi there people, I recently brought myself a mint Mk2 GTi 16v, and cant wait to get it on the road, but I have a problem...INSURANCE.

I am 19 with 3 points and 1 years no claims, I have had my licence for over 2 years but I am struggling to find an insurance company who can give me a decent quote. If anyone has any ideas I would very gratefull. Cheers Phil.S

The insurance question has been asked loads of times and there's that many answers it's probably best to do a search through other threads. But if I remember rightly some people say elephant.co.uk and admiral but I'm sure there are others too that I cant remember.  :smiley:

^list of insurers on that thread but as gibby said elephant and admiral seem to be the best for the younger drivers.. :smiley:

I have been with HIC scine I was 19 withiout a problem. They are really good and great with modded vehicles, they also do free track day cover!!  :cool:
