Was under my car today and noticed yet another split CV boot. I was off to buy me some new wheels this weeekend as well...Which have now been cancelled/put on hold. Raginggggggggggggggggg. Was pretty exicted about getting new wheels, but I guess good working condition must come before style.
If money didn't make the world go round eh
Going to get my CV boot done, cambelt and all that goes with it, and new clutch then I'll treat my self to some sparkly wheels...and maybe even some more lows
Rant over.

I did, don't buy GFS/ECP's ones only VW  And then CV joints went so bought complete driveshaft with new boots for the price of one VW boot

I'v got one J&R entire drive shaft at the mo. Before that I used a cheap crappy 'universal stretch boot' from some TPS/GSF place, split with in a month so bought an entire one. I think I will be doing the same...Will have to see.

I got a J&R and can't fault it for the money  Sod replacing just the boot and getting cv grease everywhere its quicker, easier and same price as 1 boot from vw
