i believe crazy quiffs do a kit google them , i think it requires some part welding in tho
-
Also have a look in the classic mags, lots of seatbelt specialists that will be able to help.

hi m8 h8 2 break it i have contacted 3 different welders and they have all said no it cant be done have not checked crazy quiffs yet but depending on you age of the kids different car seats may be an option i have a 2 1/2 year old thats the size of a 3 year old and he has a car seat that takes the belts in the back that r already fitted (will get the brand 4 u 2moro) and i have a new one on the way due in December which will go in the front as the law states that you can do this as long as there is no airbag or you can deactivate the passenger airbag which is in some new cars. i had 2 originally put my son in the front due 2 his old car seat needing a 3 point seatbelt so the missus had 2 sit in the back loads of fun when my son wanted the roof down the missus didn't pmsl  well best of luck but it should be possible failing that u might have found a gap in the market for child seats

cheers for your help fellas

CQ's Kit doesn't require welding it just bolts into the rear wheel arches.
Have a look for it on his website. It's around £300.00 though.
But that's better than not feeling safe with the kids in the car.

cheers mate!!

CQ's do a self install kit which doesn't require welding and can be found here: http://www.golfmk1.co.uk/Items.php?cat=SLAREA&group=INTERIOR (http://www.golfmk1.co.uk/Items.php?cat=SLAREA&group=INTERIOR)
cost is £221.50 including shipping

Yes Some cabbies came with 3 point rear belts, but for the American market as it was law at the time.
If you can find someone breaking a late USA spec one they could cut out the bits you need, for you to weld in.
The fitting was from the rear wheel tubs and up through the side parcel shelf supports.
Would be expensive I guess to get the bits shipped over here, but deffo gives an OEM finish.
